The In2Hockey rules will be used. Matches are 7-a-side (including GK) with squads of up to 10 players.
We will be playing with the rules including goalkeepers, and each team must have a fully kitted goalkeeper on the pitch at all times.
Matches will be 8 minutes each way with 2 mins for half time.
Matches will be centrally timed. Please be ready to start on time. I will signal the start and finish of each match.
Umpires will need to be provided by your school and should keep a record of the score. Please let me know the score after each match.
MASKS must be checked before START - make sure they fit!!
Points will be awarded (3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss). League positions shall be decided on points. If teams are equal on points, positions will be decided by:-
